How do I check my application status?

Sign in. An application that is still being reviewed shows its current status as soon as you log in, so there is no separate status page to find. Most applications are reviewed within one business day. If yours has been sitting longer than that, contact us and we will look at it directly.

I am locked out or lost my two-factor device. What now?

Use one of the backup codes you saved when you enabled two-factor authentication. Each code works once. If you have run out of codes or never saved them, contact us from the email address on the account and we will verify you and reset the second factor manually.

No, and it is worth explaining why. TopStep Partners is a business-to-business affiliate network. We work with marketers who send players to casinos. A balance below the minimum threshold rolls over to the next cycle rather than being lost. You can set or change your payout wallet from your dashboard at any time.
