Terms & Programme Rules

18+ Play Responsibly. Participation in the programme requires the Affiliate to be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to join the TopStep Partners programme. Applications are subject to review, and acceptance remains at the sole discretion of the Company.

TopStep Partners is an affiliate-marketing network, not a gambling operator. We do not operate gambling activities or publish definitive prohibited jurisdictions. Before promoting any Partner Casino, affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing complies with both local laws and the casino's permitted-market terms.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of the Affiliate account, withholding of commissions, and termination of the agreement:

• 3.1 spam, unsolicited email, or messaging in breach of applicable law;
• 3.2 bid on or use our trademarks in paid search, or impersonate the brand (trademark / brand bidding);
• 3.3 traffic from minors or from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted;
• 3.4 Hungarian residents — geographical advisory.
  TopStep Partners is an affiliate-marketing community platform; it is not a gambling operator and does not hold a licence from the Hungarian Regulatory Authority for Supervision of Gambling Activities (SZTFH). Persons resident in Hungary who choose to access this Service do so entirely at their own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Hungarian gambling, tax and consumer-protection laws. TopStep Partners disclaims all liability — civil, criminal, regulatory or tax — arising from any Hungarian resident’s use of this Service or any Partner Casino accessed through it.
• 3.5 fraudulent, incentivised, bot, or otherwise non-genuine traffic;
• 3.6 misleading promotions, false bonus claims, or deceptive creatives;
• 3.7 cookie stuffing, iframe injection, or any manipulation of tracking.

TopStep Partners provides CPA, RevShare, Sub-Affiliate, and tailored Hybrid models. The applicable commission model, rates, and any qualifying criteria shall be agreed upon in writing during onboarding and may be revised by mutual agreement based on traffic volume and quality. RevShare is calculated based on Net Gaming Revenue after standard deductions.

Earnings are reconciled monthly and settled within the first ten business days of the following month, subject to a standard minimum payout threshold of €100 (or the equivalent per-currency minimum) and a minimum of 20 qualifying first-time-deposit conversions in a rolling 30-day period. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next period. Settlement is by cryptocurrency only, paid to the Affiliate’s own verified wallet address on file; there is no self-service withdrawal request. You are responsible for any taxes due on your commissions.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time upon written notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where mandated by applicable law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, any validly earned and unpaid commissions shall be settled in the subsequent payout cycle, excluding any amounts withheld due to breach or fraud.

The Company grants the Affiliate a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use approved creatives and brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the programme. All such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company and must be used strictly in its approved, unaltered form.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopStep Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of TopStep Partners’s registration. [Governing law and competent courts to be confirmed by legal counsel.] Where required, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
