TopStep Partners is an affiliate-marketing network: we help create introductions between independent affiliates and independently licensed, third-party casino operators (“Partner Casinos”). We are not a gambling operator ourselves — we do not operate, offer, or process any gambling activity. Because of this, we do not maintain or publish a definitive list of prohibited or permitted territories. It is each affiliate's own responsibility to find out, before promoting any Partner Casino, whether their promotional activity is lawful — taking into account the law where they operate, the law applicable to the audience they target, and the Partner Casino's own current permitted-market terms (which each operator sets and updates independently of us).
Your responsibility
Before sending any traffic, satisfy yourself that: (a) your own promotional activity is lawful in the place you operate from; (b) it is lawful for the audience you are targeting, wherever they are located; and (c) you are complying with the specific Partner Casino's own current terms, which can change at any time — check them regularly. TopStep Partners facilitates the introduction only; we accept no responsibility for determining or guaranteeing the legality of any particular market, and traffic sent in breach of applicable law or a Partner Casino's terms remains ineligible for commission regardless of whether we flagged it in advance.
