Question 1

What are your support hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET. We reply to everything within one business day.

Question 2

How do I get help with technical integrations?

Accepted Answer

Mention 'Technical Support' when you write to us and include what you are integrating (S2S postbacks, API, pixel). We will loop in the right person to work through it with your dev team.

Question 3

Who should I contact to negotiate a custom deal?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form and include your primary traffic sources, target countries and rough monthly volume. That is enough for us to put you with the right manager and come back with real terms.

Question 4

What should I do if my payment is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Payouts close by the 10th business day of the month. If yours has not arrived by then, contact us through your dashboard or the form above with your account email. We will check it the same day.

Question 5

How long does it take to approve a new account?

Accepted Answer

Most applications are reviewed within one business day. Every application is read by a person, not scored by a script, so the occasional one takes a little longer.
