A partnership, not a vacancy
If you searched for affiliate manager jobs, this is the first thing to know: this page is not a salaried vacancy. The affiliate manager programme is a partnership. You bring and run your own group of affiliates, and TopStep Partners supplies everything behind them: the casinos, the tracking links, the conversion verification and the monthly payouts.
If you would rather work for the network in-house, we hire occasionally rather than continuously. Send your background through the contact page and we will keep it on file.
What you get as a manager
- A personal signup link. Everyone who applies through it is attributed to you and arrives in your own review queue.
- Your own review queue. You approve or decline the affiliates you recruited.
- Casinos and terms per casino. You are given access to casinos with terms agreed per casino, and you pass those casinos on to your affiliates on terms within your own.
- Tracking links for your affiliates. You set each affiliate up with the link for each casino they run.
- Their activity in one place. Registrations, first deposits and conversions for the affiliates you manage.
- Payments handled for you. We verify conversions once the month closes and pay every affiliate in your group monthly in crypto, so you never handle their money.
- A contact at the network who knows your book and answers when a casino or a payment needs attention.
How it works
Apply as an affiliate manager
Fill in the registration form and choose Affiliate manager. Tell us who you can bring and in which markets.
We review the application
A person reads every application, usually within one business day, and talks terms with you before anything is switched on.
Agree your casinos and terms
You are given access to the casinos that fit your affiliates' markets and channels, with terms agreed per casino.
Share your signup link
Send your personal link to the affiliates you recruit. Their applications arrive in your queue for you to approve.
Set them up and grow the book
Hand each affiliate their casinos and tracking links. We track, verify and pay them every month; you keep their traffic converting.
How to recruit affiliates
The managers who build lasting books recruit for fit, not for headcount. Where to look:
- People you already know who run casino or adjacent traffic. A warm introduction converts far better than a cold message.
- Communities and forums where affiliates compare programmes. Being useful there is how a manager's reputation is built.
- Industry events. The active affiliates are the ones who show up.
- Your own content. A manager known for explaining deals honestly attracts the affiliates who value that.
- Your own affiliates. Good affiliates know other good affiliates, and an introduction from one of them carries trust you cannot buy.
Then qualify each one before you promise them a casino:
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Which channels do you run? | Casinos prohibit some channels outright, and running a prohibited one can void commission already earned. |
| Which markets do you send? | Each casino accepts specific countries. The programme coverage pages show which of ours accept which. |
| What volume, and how steady is it? | It sizes the deal you can offer, and whether CPA or RevShare suits the traffic. |
| Which programmes have you worked with? | A track record, and how their traffic fared in a casino's fraud review. |
| How do you track conversions? | An affiliate comfortable with tracking links and postbacks loses fewer conversions and opens fewer disputes. |
The programme coverage pages show which markets and channels our casinos accept, and traffic sources for casino affiliate programmes explains the channel rules in full.
Managing affiliates or referring them
There are two ways to earn from the affiliates you bring, and they suit different people.
| Model | Affiliate manager | Sub-affiliate commission |
|---|---|---|
| What you do | Recruit, approve, place and look after your affiliates | Introduce affiliates; the network looks after them |
| Who approves applicants | You, for the affiliates you recruit | The network |
| How you earn | Terms agreed individually with us | Up to 10% of what they earn, paid on top and never deducted from them |
| Best for | People who run, or want to run, a group of affiliates | Affiliates and publishers with a network they can introduce |
What is a sub-affiliate commission? covers the referral model in full, and what does an affiliate manager do? covers the role itself.
Who it suits
- Former in-house affiliate or account managers who know the work and still have the contacts.
- Agencies and media buyers who already run several publishers.
- Community owners in a market or a channel, with affiliates already around them.
- Experienced affiliates who already mentor others and want the arrangement to reflect it.
